Future Memory Foundation, as the CONTROLLER of the website, in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (GDPR) regarding the protection of natural persons concerning the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, and other current regulations on the protection of personal data, and by Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE), informs you that the necessary technical and organizational security measures have been implemented to ensure and protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the data entered and that the personal data provided through the web will be processed lawfully, adhering at all times to the principles and rights set out in GDPR 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, and LOPDGDD 3/2018 of December 5.

1. Data Collection, Purpose, and Legitimacy

The data provided by the user will be processed for the following purposes:

  • To attend to the user’s request or inquiry made through the contact form or by other means on the website, to respond to queries, provide requested information, process and manage their request, or any request made through the online contact forms.

The legal basis for processing the data is the user’s consent given by selecting the acceptance boxes of the Privacy Policy.

The user has the right to withdraw their consent at any time without affecting the legality of the processing based on their consent before its withdrawal. Personal data will not be processed for purposes other than those described unless it is a legal obligation or judicial requirement. Data will not be subject to automated decision-making that produces effects on their data.

The forms have an asterisk (*) in the required data fields. If the user does not provide these fields or does not check the privacy policy acceptance box, the information will not be allowed to be sent.

5. Data of Minors

Those who provide data through the forms on this website and accept their processing declare to be over 14 years old, being prohibited the access and use of the portal to minors of that age. If the Controller detects that a minor under 14 years old has provided personal data, they will proceed to cancel them.

The purpose of tools like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc., or other social networks is to give visibility and dissemination to the activities developed by our organization.
